“Aging in place” philosophy

Our “aging in place” philosophy allows residents to remain
at Rose Garden as their needs increase without transferring
to a long term care facility. Additional care such as home
health and/or hospice services may be recommended to
assist with providing a full circle of care to meet the
residents’ needs.
